When you book any of our services, you (hereinafter The “Customer”) accepts and agrees to the following terms and conditions stipulated by James Tour Cartagena (hereinafter “The Agency”).

2. Purpose and Scope
James Tour Cartagena acts as a tour operator and/or an intermediary of tourist services, connecting the customer with providers of transportation, accommodation, guides, and attractions. Our goal is to provide the customer travel experience in Cartagena and its surroundings.
3. Reservations and Payments
- Confirmation: Bookings will only be confirmed once the customer has made the advance payment agreed upon (usually 50% or 100% depending on the service), and has received the voucher or confirmation in writing (via email or WhatsApp, corporate).
- Currency: All prices are expressed in Colombian Pesos (COP), unless otherwise noted.
- Payment methods: We accept bank transfers, cash and [Mention other means, such as credit card/Wompi/Bold-if applicable].
4. Cancellation and Refund policies (Withdrawal and Withdrawal)
In accordance with colombian law and the internal policies of the agency:
- Cancellations by the Customer:
- If you cancel with most of 48 hours before service: we Will refund 50% of the amount paid (minus administrative costs and bank).
- If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice: we will Not refund (charge of 100% for operating expenses).
- No Show (No show): If the customer does not appear at the time and place agreed upon for the start of the tour, will be charged 100% of the value of the service as a penalty (“No-Show” and no refund will be issued.
- Cancellations due to Force Majeure: In case of extreme weather conditions or closing of ports for captaincy (especially for tours to the islands), they will have to reschedule the activity or refund the money, minus expenses only transactional if any.
5. Customer responsibilities
- Documentation: It is the sole responsibility of the customer to have documentation of valid identity (identity Card or Passport) during the tours.
- Health and fitness: The client must report any medical condition, allergy or physical restraint before you book tours that require physical effort or contact with food.
- Conduct: The Agency reserves the right to withdraw from the tour to any person whose behavior threatens the safety of the group, the personnel or the environment, without the right to a refund.
6. Clause of Exemption of Responsibility
James Tour Cartagena is not responsible for:
- Loss of personal belongings left in vehicles, boats or tourist sites.
- Delays in flights or transport outside the direct operation of the tour.
- Accidents caused by the negligence of the customer or failure to follow the instructions of the guides.
7. Rejection of Sexual Exploitation (Mandatory)
James Tour Cartagena is committed to the prevention of sexual exploitation and sexual abuse of minors. In compliance of the Law 679 of 2001 and the Law 1336 of 2009we found that the exploitation and sexual abuse of children, girls and adolescents in the country are criminal and administrative sanctions in accordance with applicable law.
8. Habeas Data (Data Protection)
In compliance of the Law 1581 of 2012, the personal data provided by the customer will be used solely for the purposes of managing the booking, billing and communication services. The customer has a right to know, update and rectify your data by contacting our official mail.
9. Modifications to the Terms
James Tour Cartagena reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The amendments will enter into force once published in this website.
